We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes across multiple departments and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer service
- Manage operations staff, provide leadership, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and ensure proper training
